Food Pairings

This wine pairs well with seafood, semi-soft cheeses, quiche, and salads. Examples of some great pairings include lobster, crab, and salmon; as well as the following soft cheeses: goat, brie, camembert, and gruyere. Our Estate Chardonnay also pairs nicely with turkey, chicken, or pork.
