Ingredients

1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeno chile, minced (quantity can be adjusted to taste)
3 ½ tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
¼ tsp coarse salt
½ cup basil leaves, very thinly sliced
½ cup cilantro leaves, roughly chopped (if not a cilantro fan, parsley can also be substituted!)

Directions

  1. Chop by-hand, or with a food processor, 2 cups of blueberries, until coarsely chopped. 
  2. Move to a separate bowl and stir in remaining whole berries and other ingredients.
